At fi'zi, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
